Certification is the outcome of a quality system, not a substitute for one. Every glove passes through controlled material selection, in-process checks and a final inspection before it ships — the same steps our ISO and EN auditors reviewed to issue the certificates above.
We treat renewal and surveillance audits as scheduled work, not one-time events, so the standing of every credential stays current.
Each standard above is issued by an accredited body and tied to a certificate number you can ask us to verify. We don’t list a standard until the certificate is in hand.
Day to day
Incoming leather, fabric and thread are checked against spec before they enter production.
Stitching, sizing and seam strength are checked at set points along the line, not only at the end.
Finished gloves are inspected against the customer’s specification before packing.
Machine guarding, ventilation and PPE on the floor are reviewed under our ISO 45001 system.
Offcuts and process waste are tracked and reduced under our ISO 14001 system.
Each order can be traced back to its material batch and production run.
Looking ahead
Holding these five certifications doesn’t end the work — each one carries a surveillance and renewal cycle we plan for in advance. As customer requirements grow, we’re also scoping additional product-level standards relevant to new glove categories we manufacture.
The certificates confirm what we already practice on the floor: controlled materials, inspected work, and a product that meets the standard it’s sold against.
